We exist to serve the community! We believe in serving, it is our desire to use the resources we have been blessed with to enrich lives regardless to your affiliation to Branches Ministries. We will either connect you to an organization that can provide help or we will provide assistance if possible.
IS THIS A CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION?
Yes. This is a non-profit Christian based organization. We exist to serve in LOVE, we respect all personal beliefs and look forward to building a relationship with you regardless of your personal beliefs. We are here to serve and provide support. If you are not of the Christian faith or belief, we will respect your position and not force our beliefs. However, we are always hoping to share the light and love that God has so generously given us. We believe every person has spiritual gifts to offer and we hope to be a part of that discovery. If this is something you are interested in learning about, definitely let us know!
DO OTHER PEOPLE KNOW WHEN I CONTACT YOU?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. We do not discuss need requests outside of the advisory committee and take very careful diligence to insure all needs requests are treated with the utmost privacy. We respect whole heartedly the personal nature of our mission. Only if you are willing and totally in agreement to share your experience and testimony, would we do so. Of course we request discernment while participating in any group activity, however we can’t guarantee that something you share with a group would be kept private.
WHAT ARE CHAPTERS?
Chapters are business and organizations who are investing in their company by offering a corporate wellness program through Branches. Each chapter function under the ministries 501c3 to pour into the lives of their employees and the community.
HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHO GETS HELP?
All needs are based on fund availability. When needs are brought to us through the needs request form. We prayerfully consider the best options and resources to connect with. Our advisory team then makes us an decision and we are able to carry out the needs.
WHAT PROGRAMS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer outreach for staff, children and families through various events and workshops. These classes are held monthly at various locations around Middle Tennessee. If you would like to know more about upcoming events please check out our Facebook Page for upcoming events.
HOW DOES BRANCHES RAISE FUNDS?
Our existence is 100% through fundraising efforts and donations. This money in turn goes back to offer assistance to the people we serve. A recycling of God’s money is how we like to see it.
HOW CAN I DONATE TO BRANCHES MINISTRIES? HOW MUCH SHOULD I GIVE?
Donation amounts are a personal choice, however, we suggest participants to consider giving 1 work hour of wages per week as a great starting point. Currently we have 3 ways to donate to Branches Ministries:
- Payroll Deduct: NGU Chapter Employees can donate through payroll deduction in any amount. To sign up for a deduction you can print the form below, see your LIFE Support member or Director, or email us: branchesministries@gmail.com
- Paypal: Donations can be made at paypal with our email branchesministires@icloud.com.
- Mail: You can also donate any time, by mail or dropping off your donation in person at the following address: Branches Ministries 1804 Williamson Court Suite 204 Brentwood, TN 37027.
DOES BRANCHES MINISTRIES HAVE THEIR NON-PROFIT TAX EXEMPT STATUS (501c3)?
Yes we obtained our status in February 2016. All donations are tax exempt, we mail tax receipt letters at the beginning of each year.
HOW DO I FEEL OUT A REFERENCE FOR A LIFE SUPPORT APPLICANT?
Click on the link right HERE. You fill in your information and answer the questions. Sign, date it and hit submit. It’s a very easy process. Thank you for your willingness to help us get identify strong role models in our efforts!
